There is no doubt that 2020 has been a strange year so far – I deliberately say ‘so far’ as it is not over yet…

We still have six working weeks remaining before the Christmas break. That is six weeks that we can put to very good use.

Year end is an excellent opportunity to decide that 2021 is going to be a different sort of year, focused on what we can control within our business.
