2020 has certainly not been simple but today marks Simply Performance’s first anniversary!
Established last year by Rebecca Brown, who after 27 years working in large organisation, was ready for a new chapter supporting owners of new, small and developing businesses. Rebecca wanted to take what she had learned in corporate land and teach the many valuable, simple approaches and techniques to strengthen growing businesses.
One year on, Rebecca has supported more than 15 small businesses with cash forecasting, strategic workshops, mentoring, accountability and management reporting. She has also improved her own skills during lockdown and achieved some personal and business goals of her own.
Commenting on her first year in business, Rebecca said: “All businesses experience challenges throughout its journey but particularly during its first year and even more so during a global pandemic. It has certainly been something of a rollercoaster ride but one which continues to get me out of bed in the morning and look forward to inspiring and motivating those small business owners looking for direction.
“From growing my client base to relocating to Edinburgh and partnering with one of the UK’s leading business consultancy firms, Anderson Anderson & Brown Consulting Limited, in my first year is a huge achievement and I look forward to 2021 with confidence and positivity.”
